Shipping Information
As customer service representatives receive orders they will be processed and filled. This procedure allows us to guarantee that orders will be sent out promptly. All order will be shipped out the following day after they are placed. If an order is placed on a weekend it will be sent out on the following business day. All orders will be shipped using UPS and tracking information will be provided through email.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy/refund
If you are in need of a refund one can be received by contacting our representatives at (718)219-2687. Refunds are available for customers that have cancelled their order prior to it being shipped, providing that the merchandise ordered is not a custom order. If an order has left our location or has been delivered a refund will be issued when the product(s) are returned (For further information on returns please view our return policy.) Any refunds made to an account can take up to 72 hours to show up.
Return policy/refund or exchange Merchandise that has been worn or washed is not open to returns. All merchandise being returned must be in the same packaging as it was received. . If any mistake was made on our part the merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange. Items that are used for production purposes cannot be returned such as any graduation regalia, plays etc. Any custom orders are not subject to return. All returns must be made within seven days of the order being received. If an item is being returned for any other reason besides a mistake made on our part a fifteen percent restocking fee will be withheld from the refund as well as any shipping fees. Any refunds made to an account will take up to 72 hours to show up.
